Getting Started

Simply click "Become a Seller" on our homepage or visit the seller registration page. Fill in your basic information, verify your email/phone, choose your seller type, and you're ready to start. The whole process takes less than 5 minutes.

Registration is completely free. You only pay plan price to list your product and servics and a small commission when you make a sale. There are no hidden setup or monthly fees unless you choose a premium seller plan for additional features.

Yes, individuals can sell as "Individual Seller". However, business verification may be required for higher volume or certain categories. You can start as an individual and upgrade later.

Account & Settings

Go to your Seller Dashboard → Shop Settings. From there you can edit your business name, logo, cover image, description, contact details, and working hours. Changes are saved instantly.

Currently, one seller account supports one storefront. If you need to run multiple distinct businesses, you'll need separate seller accounts with different email addresses.

Navigate to Wallet → Withdrawal Settings. You can add or update your bank account or mobile money details. For security, changes may require email verification and a 24-hour hold before new payouts.

Payments & Wallet

For digital products or services, funds are available immediately after order completion. For physical products, funds are held until the buyer confirms receipt or 7 days after shipping (to ensure customer protection).

The minimum withdrawal is $10 (or equivalent in your local currency). This helps keep transaction costs reasonable for both parties.

Bank transfers: 2-3 business days. Mobile money: 1 business day or instant (depending on your country and provider). You can track withdrawal status in your wallet history.

Orders & Shipping

All orders appear in your Seller Dashboard under "Orders". You can view details, update status (processing, shipped, delivered), and communicate with the buyer directly from there.

Yes, for physical products we strongly recommend adding tracking numbers. It builds buyer trust and protects you from disputes. You can add tracking when updating order status to "Shipped".

You can manage refunds directly from the order page. Taznim's refund policy protects both parties. We recommend clear communication with the buyer. If unresolved, our dispute resolution team steps in.

Products & Services

Free sellers can list up to 50 products. Premium plans allow unlimited listings. You can upgrade anytime from your dashboard.

Yes, you can create discount codes, flash sales, and bundle offers from your product management panel. Promoted items appear in the "Deals" section for more visibility.

PDF, ZIP, MP3, MP4, JPG, PNG, DOCX, and more (max 500MB per file). Customers receive a download link after purchase.

Support & Policies

You can reach us via live chat (available 9 AM - 9 PM daily), email at sellers@taznim.com, or through the support ticket system in your dashboard. Average response time is under 2 hours.

Taznim processes all payments upfront. You never have to chase buyers. Once a customer completes checkout, we guarantee the funds (subject to fraud checks).

Yes, you can request account closure from settings. Any pending withdrawals will be processed, and your listings will be removed. There are no exit fees.
